I'm a full-stack software engineer and a 2025 McGill computer science grad, now building software at Analytic Partners. I like owning a problem from the database all the way to the interface — designing the APIs, wiring up the frontend, and setting up the infrastructure that keeps it running.

Outside of work I'm drawn to projects with a bit of a puzzle to them: an LLM that turns chat into legal chess moves, a distributed system that resolves conflicts with consensus. I care about software that's reliable, and that feels good to use.

Analytic Partners

Built a Power BI dashboard tool that ingests data once into Azure SQL and serves on-demand updates via live queries, removing a recurring 30-minute API dependency.
Designed an end-to-end document-upload portal with a multi-stage publish workflow — Flask REST APIs, a React/Redux frontend, and MySQL — serving 400+ users.
Architected a microservices file-storage system on AWS S3 coordinating processing across Linux and Windows services.
Cut an OCR extraction pipeline's runtime by 30% by parallelizing file processing.

McGill University

Built a Chrome extension that pulls YouTube transcripts, runs NLP keyword extraction, and queries the Google Fact Check API to surface relevant fact-checked articles — adopted by a McGill professor and continued by later students.
Full stack in React, Flask, and MongoDB, containerized with Docker Compose.

Full-Stack Developer InternSep — Dec 2022

Société Générale

Developed a reusable key-value feature for a slide tool, reducing cross-slide duplication.
Full stack with React, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL; tested with Jest.

ArriveWise Tells a fan the smartest time to leave home for a match — as late as comfortably possible while still beating the security-line surge — by modeling the crowd, the gate queue, and match-day traffic. A deterministic TypeScript engine at the core, with live routing, weather, and location at the API perimeter. Built for United Hacks V7 on the FIFA World Cup 2026 stadiums.

Phonetic Chess A two-player chess web app that translates natural-language chat into legal moves via the Groq LLM API, conditioning each inference on prior message sentiment to disambiguate intent across turns. Three containers behind an Nginx reverse proxy, deployed on AWS EC2.

Healthy UI McGill AI Ethics Lab research into the negative effects of recommender systems — a Chrome extension and web app that surfaces and counters manipulative recommendation patterns across platforms like YouTube and news feeds. React front end, Flask service, and Go utilities for the external API integrations.

Distributed Treasure Hunt Implemented Multi-Paxos in Java to resolve treasure-claim conflicts when players land on the same cell, modeling each contested claim as a consensus decision across peer nodes. Peers coordinate over UDP broadcast, with leader re-election keeping the protocol live through proposer failures.
